Position Overview:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Fontana, CA.

This position involves working with K-12 students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders, collaborating with teachers and parents to develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and implementing effective strategies to enhance communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of speech and language abilities.
  • Develop and implement tailored therapy plans for students.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Valid California SLP license and credential.
  • Experience working with K-12 students preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
