  • Report Performance: Report to management on performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other relevant metrics.

  • Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that all locations are meeting company standards and to identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance Reporting: Ensure that all locations are compliant with local and national account standards, and that all relevant reporting is completed.
  • Action Plans: Develop and implement action plans to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.
  • Incremental Sales: Develop and implement strategies to increase incremental sales and revenue.
  • Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to improve the customer experience and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Merchandising Standards: Ensure that all locations are meeting merchandising standards, and that all relevant reporting is completed.
  • Audit Reports: Conduct regular audits to ensure that all locations are meeting company standards, and to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 3 years of driving experience, and 1-2 years of experience in a customer service position or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to operate material handling equipment, and ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Certifications: Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license, and good driving record.
