Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing clients and develop new business opportunities in the water resources sector
  • Lead project teams and ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and technicians
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, water resources planning, and design
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • PE license in the state of Louisiana or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in water resources project delivery
  • Robust communication, written and verbal, skills
  • Proficient in project management, administration, and supervision of technical staff
  • Technical experience with HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and 2D Modeling software packages
  • Proven business development experience
  • Positive attitude, self-directed yet a team player, with a focus on integrity and quality
