We are currently looking for a committed professional to fill the role of Primary Instructor/Site Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct a Technical Assistance Field Team in delivering training and support for HIMARS Systems
  • Oversee contract obligations and manage training personnel
  • Act as the main point of contact and educator for the program
  • Develop and implement course assessments
  • Ensure that educational objectives and goals are achieved
  • Provide mentorship and evaluation to both instructors and learners
Essential Qualifications:
  • Possession of an Active Secret clearance
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management
  • Prior involvement with HIMARS Battery and operational activities
  • Experience in tactical roles related to HIMARS
  • Training background on the HIMARS system utilized in Poland
