**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Process Technician to join our team at SEEK Careers/Staffing, Inc. As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for setting up molds in various machines, performing troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment.
Responsibilities- **Learn and Master the Molding Cycle:** Develop a thorough understanding of the molding process and its various stages to ensure efficient production.
- **Equipment Maintenance:** Perform routine maintenance tasks on molds and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- **Troubleshooting:** Identify and resolve basic equipment failures to minimize production disruptions.
- **Quality Control:** Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required.
- **Skills:** Basic communication and mathematical skills are essential for this role.
- **Nice to Have:** Training or education in fields such as hydraulics, electronics, or mechanics is a plus. Prior experience in the plastics industry or an FDA/ISO environment is also desirable.
