Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled HVAC Divisional Supervisor to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our commercial HVAC team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising service technicians, project estimating and sales, customer relations, and hands-on service work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of service technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
  • Estimate and manage commercial HVAC projects, including repairs, installations, and maintenance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Perform hands-on service work, including preventive maintenance, emergency service, repairs, and installations
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and profitability
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of commercial HVAC experience, with a strong background in servicing, repairing, and installing commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
  • Maine State Gas license with Large Equipment endorsement
  • Universal CFC certification
  • Journeyman Oil 1 & 2 under 15 GPH license preferred; over 15 GPH a plus
  • Knowledge of HVAC electrical controls
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Backflow testing certification a plus
