Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle incoming inquiries, including reservations, pricing, and general information, ensuring effective communication and resolution for customers and partners.
  2. Manage outbound calls for follow-ups and various assignments as required.
  3. Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients in assessing their rental requirements both in-person and via phone.
  4. Welcome customers warmly and efficiently.
  5. Provide directions and general assistance to enhance customer experience.
  6. Evaluate the condition of vehicles upon return.
  7. Process vehicle returns, check-ins, and transactions at exit kiosks.
  8. Promote the company’s services while safely transporting customers and assisting them as needed.
  9. Clearly explain rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services.
  10. May offer optional protection products, upgrades, and other equipment.
  11. Notify management of any vehicle issues or maintenance needs.
  12. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, both interior and exterior, as necessary.
  13. Perform various administrative tasks, including billing support, accounts receivable, and report generation.
  14. Complete other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is necessary.
  • A valid US driver's license is mandatory.
  • No more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions in the past 5 years.
  • Basic proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office applications is essential.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
