About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced environment and contribute to our mission to serve hot food hot, cold food cold, and fresh food fresh. You will be responsible for leading by example, following inventory control procedures, and ensuring the safety of all Team Members and guests during each shift.

You will also be required to act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to promote Capriottis values and culture. Your excellent guest service skills and ability to take direction and delegate responsibilities will make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delegate duties and fairly assign specific tasks to ensure Team Members are prepared for our guests.

  • Ensure the safety of all Team Members and guests during each shift.
