Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the overall operation: plan, organize, direct and coordinate resources and activities.
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and operational standards.
A thorough knowledge of food and service is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to establish mutually honest and respectful relationships with staff members, and promote career development and team building.
