About the Role:

Kaiser Permanente is seeking an experienced Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our team in California. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with children and families in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat communication and swallowing disorders in pediatric patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific needs.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay current with best practices and evidence-based guidelines in pediatric speech therapy.

Education and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist License (California) and National Provider Identifier required.

Compensation Package: $110,000 - $140,000 per year, including salary, benefits, and professional development opportunities.
