Requirements:

  • Substantial knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and practices, with experience in complex accounting environments.
  • Thorough knowledge of computer technology and ability to employ it to improve business practices.
  • Considerable knowledge of client/server and desktop computer applications and database reporting tools.
  • Excellent level of communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related business field, with Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.
  • Three years of progressively responsible experience in a complex accounting environment, with experience in nonprofit accounting practices and Blackbaud Raiser's Edge, Financial Edge strongly preferred.
