We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Altercare Integrated Health Services. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a dynamic team-oriented work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical care in the Nursing Department in accordance with current state and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.

- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state employed.
- Professional knowledge and skills necessary to deliver clinical care in the Nursing Department.
