Job Title: Senior Tax Associate

ELO CPAs & Advisors is seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Associate to join our Tax Practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality tax services to our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage various tax compliance and advisory tasks, ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulations.
  • Prepare high-level tax returns and work papers with an advisory mindset.
  • Apply knowledge of tax regulations and ensure tax compliance.
  • Prepare and analyze planning estimates to maximize tax benefits.
  • Assess and research complex tax issues and identify solutions for clients.
  • Prepare correspondence for submission to the IRS and other tax authorities via mail or phone.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax services.
  • CPA certification or progress towards obtaining CPA is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity in accounting software, UltraTax is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining client confidentiality.
