Job Title: Maintenance Controller

Mountain Air Cargo, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Controller to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance organization, you will be responsible for coordinating in-service maintenance activities on MAC aircraft to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with MAC maintenance AMTs, pilots, flight followers, parts personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Log all open discrepancies of on-line MAC aircraft and process parts requests.
  • Assist in trouble-shooting aircraft as required and receive and review paperwork from line stations.
  • Update the MAC II system accurately and ensure entries are made with all pertinent information.
  • Issue and track DMI, MCO, and NEF items, and maintain the NEF listing.
  • Coordinate aircraft parts and personnel movement with applicable company personnel.
  • Promote safety, security, quality, and regulatory compliance in regards to Company operations.
  • Maintain communications with the Flight Department to solicit and review flight crew inputs on maintenance support issues.
  • Investigate aircraft write-ups and scheduled maintenance, and plan work load to ensure timely accomplishment of maintenance items.
  • Coordinate with other departments to expedite the completion of assigned work or maintain aircraft scheduled.
Requirements:
  • Must hold a current A&P License.
  • Must have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and SharePoint.
Working Conditions:

Work typically performed in an office environment, with frequent travel required. May involve exposure to noise, chemicals, adverse temperatures, and other similar hazards.
