About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Front Office Operations Manager to join our team at Maingate Lakeside Resort. This role is responsible for managing front office operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage front office operations, including reservations, night audit, and guest services
* Ensure compliance with company safety and security policies
* Supervise and train staff members to meet service standards
* Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to achieve departmental goals

Requirements:
* 1+ year of experience in front office management or supervisory roles
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on location and experience.
