  4. Operating measurement tools including calipers, weld gauges, and tape measures.
  5. Conducting preventative maintenance on welding machines to ensure optimal performance.
  6. Evaluating welding machine technology to enhance cycle time efficiency.
  7. Performing quality checks to guarantee that products meet established quality standards.
  8. Identifying defects in products and completing necessary documentation.
  9. Reworking or repairing welded components in accordance with engineering specifications.
  10. Adhering to safety procedures and quality standards in all tasks.
  11. Communicating effectively with management to prioritize workflow.
  12. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of welding experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills for navigation and utilization.
  • Technical or vocational training or certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Carpentry skills are advantageous.
Physical Requirements:

Candidates should be able to:

  • Regularly lift weights between 30-50 pounds.
  • Perform repetitive tasks with manual dexterity.
  • Operate a fork-lift and overhead crane safely.
