About the Role

Cytiva is a leading provider of solutions for the life sciences industry, and we're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician I to join our team in Duncan, SC.

This is an onsite position, working Monday through Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm. As a Maintenance Technician I, you'll be responsible for installing, diagnosing, repairing, wiring, and maintaining a variety of electrical and electronic equipment and controls related to production and building equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain electrical and electronic equipment, including motors, pumps, relays, circuit breakers, electronic machine controls, and circuits.
  • Repair and maintain complicated machine tools, test stands, and building equipment with minimal direction.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork, including scorecards, hazards recognitions, routers, and data.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, components, and their functions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Trade school degree in electronics or previous electrical repair/wiring experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in electronics and machine maintenance.
  • Microsoft Office and SAP experience, specifically in a manufacturing environment.
