Job Title: Robotics Workshop Engineer

Stone Recruiting is seeking a skilled Robotics Workshop Engineer to join our team. As a Robotics Workshop Engineer, you will be responsible for executing in-house robotics services activities such as repair, preventive maintenance, and refurbishment of company's robotics equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform in-house preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and troubleshooting on the company's robots.
  • Ensure quality of repairs by following established check in/check out procedures, Field Service Procedure, and Bulletin documents.
  • Document and maintain records of all actions in the CRM Service Request.
  • Provide detailed reports about the work performed on the repair.
  • Conduct testing and calibration of the robots after the repair to ensure accurate and reliable performance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workshop area.
  • Communicate to all internal and external customers the status of repairs.
  • Preparation of systems to support our sales activities.
  • Enforce safety procedures to create and guarantee a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or higher with equivalent technical education and experience.
  • Mechanical/Electrical troubleshooting, teardown, and repair experience.
  • Experience with software and firmware installation and maintenance.
  • Automation and/or robotics service experience preferred.
  • Willing and able to undertake travel up to 10% of the time – may be more during training.
  • Attention to detail, work accuracy, and quality-oriented.
