Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Snack Bar Attendant to join our team at ClubCorp. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Food and Beverage STAR Service to members and guests, ensuring satisfaction and member retention.
  • Coordinate with other Club departments to provide set-up, food preparation, organization, sanitation, production, and service of food and beverage items.
  • Responsible for financial performance of the snack bar and the overall appearance of the operation.
  • Maintain ClubCorp service standards as outlined in the FB Service training program at high standards.
  • Prepare and store all food and beverage items necessary to operate the snack bar in adherence with ClubCorp quality standards.
  • Communicate with Service/FB Director when special products are needed or problems arise with food quality or presentation.
  • Present snack bar food items within ClubCorp quality standards guidelines.
  • Accurately execute member/guest orders and requests in a timely fashion.
  • Collect money or club membership card for all transactions.
  • Responsible for the daily proper financial closing of the snack bar and cleaning duties.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen and snack bar area daily.
  • Ensure daily assignments and side work are complete in respective areas to meet Club standards.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma is preferred.
  • Previous food and beverage experience is preferred.
  • Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by State and City.
  • Excellent communication skills and articulate speech with the ability to follow instructions well.
  • Comfortable working at a fast pace in both indoor and outdoor environments.
