  • Use greeting, seating, and waiting list procedures to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness standards and stock for the reception area and restrooms.
  • Accurately process all guest checks with no cash overages or shortages.
  • Provide assistance to pantry maintenance and pre-rush organization.
  • Ensure that the cash register and its area are stocked with all needed items.
