About the Job

347 Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support our construction operations in the San Francisco area. This role involves working closely with our General Foreman to ensure seamless project execution.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Job Information Management: Retrieve and monitor job information from our customer's work management system.
  2. Scheduling Coordination: Evaluate work types to assist Project Managers and Superintendents in scheduling work to crews.
  3. Document Management: Coordinate the printing of work packages and updating master schedule files.
  4. Field Support: Collect completed paperwork and photos from field crews and submit As-builts to our customer.
  5. Data Tracking: Track data and upload completed work packages in our customer's work management system.
  6. Communication: Perform timely one-call notifications for scheduled work.
  7. Traffic Control: Arrange and coordinate traffic control support for crews.
  8. Clearance Requests: Submit power line clearance requests in conjunction with work requirements.
  9. Issue Resolution: Remove roadblocks in support of crews.
  10. Project Support: Support Project Managers in planning, execution, close-out, and invoicing of assigned work.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Able to travel from office to worksite 1 to 2 days weekly.
  • Proficient in data entry with speed and accuracy.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills required.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a generous benefits package including company-paid medical insurance, paid holidays, 401k, and paid time off (PTO).
