HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to various departments at Amsted Rail Company Inc, providing guidance on HR-related matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with department leaders.
  • Provide HR expertise on talent acquisition, retention, and development.
  • Implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation: $55,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
