Key Responsibilities- Lead and Direct Nursing Operations: Oversee the coordination and direction of nursing care for an assigned unit, ensuring that patient needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with physicians, rehabilitation therapy, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal patient outcomes.
- Manage Human Resources: Recruit, orient, and develop nursing staff, as well as implement disciplinary actions when necessary, to maintain a high-performing team.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that patient care delivery is consistent with state and federal regulations, as well as Genesis HealthCare's policies and procedures.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university.
- Licensure: Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing is required.
- Competitive Compensation: $43 - $45 per hour.
