  • Deliver completed vehicles, accept and record payments, and document transactions in our computer system.
  • Process daily deposits, scan and file repair jackets, and open and close new repair files.
  • Assist with service accounts receivable, document events, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact well with the public in person and over the phone.
  • Good listening skills, accuracy in following procedures, and experience with computer accounting, data entry, and reporting systems.
  • Excellent personal discipline, time management, and organization skills, with good personal hygiene and grooming.
  • Good decision-making skills, ability to adapt to changing needs, and effective communication with co-workers.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position, working Monday through Saturday, with a schedule that includes days off and shift work. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
