Position Overview:
As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance of our equipment and systems. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining high availability rates of critical machinery.

Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position is $47.40. Compensation is determined by various factors, including labor market conditions, education, work experience, and certifications.

Shifts Available:
- A2 Shift: Saturday-Monday, 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM (with a $2.50 shift differential)
- B2 Shift: Tuesday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM (with a $1.50 shift differential)

Role Responsibilities:
As a Senior Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment
- Troubleshooting and resolving equipment breakdowns
- Collaborating with team members to optimize material handling systems
- Conducting Root Cause Analysis for equipment failures
- Training and mentoring junior technicians

Technical Skills Required:
- Proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems
- Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including conveyors and robotics
- Familiarity with PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Ability to work safely in varied environments and conditions

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with mobile applications
- Experience in preventive maintenance and industrial electrical systems
- Technical degree or relevant certifications are preferred

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move items up to 49 pounds
- Capability to work at heights and navigate ladders safely
- Willingness to work in diverse temperature conditions
