Key Responsibilities
  • Perform repetitive bench or line assembly operations to mass-produce products.
  • Operate a variety of deburring equipment to ensure high-quality finishes.
  • Place parts in specified relationships to each other, ensuring accurate and efficient assembly.
  • Crimp, press, attach, and/or install components, cap, pack, label, and ship products.
  • Set up and operate various assembly machines, following established procedures and guidelines.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
