Rural Community Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to enhance patient care in rural communities. Our ideal candidate will thrive in a supportive environment that emphasizes teamwork, quality care, and community involvement.
About the RoleAs a Family Nurse Practitioner at Fast Pace Health, you will lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, ensuring accurate completion of patient charts, and implementing clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians. You will also order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests, responsibly prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to nurturing our Fast Pace mission of teamwork, communication, empowerment, and quality care in a friendly and encouraging environment. They will be deeply knowledgeable about company standards of operations and maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude in delivering excellent patient care
- Implement clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians
- Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests
- Responsibly prescribe medications and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions
- Maintain behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements including working knowledge of all health information management issues such as HIPAA
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's Degree in Nursing and licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment
Fast Pace Health offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including holiday pay, PTO, medical, dental, vision, and Work-Life balance.
