Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates, conducting thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for our patients
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless onboarding and placement of new hires
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in our recruitment processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of success in healthcare recruitment or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
