Job Title: Embroidery Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team at Digital Room LLC.

Job Summary:

The Embroidery Machine Operator will be responsible for operating single and multi-head embroidery machines to produce high-quality decorated products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of embroidery techniques, be able to work efficiently and safely, and possess excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate embroidery machines to produce high-quality decorated products
  • Consistently achieve productivity and quality targets
  • Understand and follow standard operating procedures
  • Verify the accuracy of order and decoration details
  • Ensure the quality of the finished decorated product
  • Handle design placement, hooping, and thread color selection
  • Maintain high productivity and quality, meeting or exceeding established goals
  • Adjust machines and perform routine maintenance as necessary
  • Keep the work area clean and organized while adhering to safety practices
  • Perform other departmental tasks as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Light manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
  • Able to stand for long periods using hands and arms
  • Work safely with moving machinery
  • Proficient in English with strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, quality-focused team player
  • Punctual, with excellent attendance and willingness to work overtime
  • Must differentiate colors accurately for product inspection
  • Apply common sense and strategic thinking in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Manage priorities and workflow efficiently
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities with enthusiasm
