Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are committed to providing excellent service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Repairs: Perform electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs as needed.
  • Maintenance: Ensure all mechanical systems are functioning properly and conduct regular maintenance.
  • Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and order in properties through routine cleaning tasks.
  • Installation: Install and replace flooring, stairs, and plumbing fixtures when required.
  • Renovation: Carry out repairs and painting of structural components, including doors and windows.
  • Waste Management: Manage trash and recycling to ensure a clean environment.
  • HVAC Services: Provide maintenance and repair services for heating and air conditioning systems.
  • Tools & Transport: Bring necessary tools and reliable transportation to job sites.
  • Communication: Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues through effective communication.
  • Problem-Solving: Organize tasks and address challenges promptly.
  • Attention to Detail: Uphold high standards of quality in all work performed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools is essential.
  • Reliable transportation is a must.
  • Flexible schedule is required.
  • Mechanical skills are advantageous.
  • A contractor or journeyman license is a plus.
