Job Summary
As a Senior Games Technician at Dave & Busters, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks, and games. You will work closely with your team to ensure that all games are functioning properly and that Guests have an enjoyable time.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver timely and accurate service to Guests
- Provide a positive attitude and enthusiasm to create a welcoming environment
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of any problems or unusual matters
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent required
