Lead Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Nurse to join our team at All Med Search. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of quality nursing care to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care and ensure that all nursing staff are providing high-quality care.
- Handle operational issues during your shift, including managing staff and resources.
- Provide clinical care as needed and ensure that all patients receive the best possible care.
- Communicate patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to leadership.
- Provide guidance and assistance to staff and ensure that they have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
Requirements:
- 1 year of recent experience as a Charge RN in an acute care hospital setting.
- BLS/ACLS certification.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of GA.
