As a Junior Electrical Project Coordinator, you will be instrumental in the precise estimation and management of electrical projects for our clients' industrial facilities, automated storage solutions, and manufacturing lines. You will collaborate closely with the Electrical Project Manager and technical teams to guarantee the seamless installation, integration, and operation of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of estimates, proposals, and the implementation of electrical systems for industrial facilities, automated storage solutions, and manufacturing lines.
  • Work alongside project managers and technical teams to ensure adherence to project specifications and requirements.
  • Coordinate scheduling and management of both internal and external resources to achieve project milestones.
  • Support cost tracking and financial oversight of projects.
  • Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, including system specifications, user guides, and quality assurance processes.
  • Engage with project teams to promote effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to electrical systems.
  • Assist in ensuring that projects comply with all relevant safety standards and regulations during the implementation of electrical systems.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • Previous involvement in both industrial and commercial electrical projects is advantageous.
  • Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems infrastructure, protection, distribution requirements, and industry practices.
  • Experience with electrical estimating software such as McCormick or Accubid.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Personal Attributes Required:

  • Willingness to travel 50-75% of the work schedule.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills at both technical and professional levels.
  • Familiarity with construction contracts.
  • Solution-oriented mindset.
  • Able to maintain performance under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
