Quality Enhancement Specialist

North Suffolk Community Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Quality Enhancement Specialist to support our Quality Management Department. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive auditing processes, coordinate licensing and certification preparation, and maintain spreadsheets and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate licensing and certification preparation processes with the Director of Quality Management, Service Coordinators, and Program Managers.
- Lead comprehensive audits with managers twice per year at each program.
- Compile comprehensive audit action plans and maintain spreadsheets and documentation.
- Oversee HCSIS documentation, including incident management and trend reporting.
- Participate in performance indicator data review processes and monthly QM meetings.
- Provide staff training on ISP processes, documentation, incident reporting, HIPAA, and Quality Enhancement Systems.
- Create and manage ISP data collection processes.
- Conduct annual satisfaction surveys and provide on-site support to managers and staff.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
- Experience providing direct care or implementing Quality Improvement and Auditing systems.
- Access to a vehicle for site visits and travel.
- Knowledge of DDS, DMH, EI, and Outpatient regulations, including Licensing, Survey, and Certification processes.
