Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our team at Soliant. This rewarding opportunity will allow you to make a positive impact on the communication development of young learners in pre-K through 12th grade.

As a key member of our educational support team, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, implementing individualized therapy plans, and collaborating with teachers and parents to integrate speech and language goals into students' educational plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders and develop tailored therapy plans.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure seamless integration of speech and language goals into students' educational plans.
  • Case Load Management: Effectively manage a moderate case load of diverse students with varying communication needs.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, progress, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Science Disorders or a related field and hold a valid California SLPA license.
