  • Actively participate in our safety system
  • Ensure compliance to environmental requirements
  • Perform material handling activities, mostly with a fork truck and bobcat
  • Ensure mechanical properties by sampling, alloying, and skimming
  • Transfer molten metal to the Holders per production targets
  • Manage weigh belt speeds to optimize throughput
  • Manage dross to reduce waste and to meet shipping requirements
  • Perform equipment inspections to ensure proper condition
  • Keep all work areas clean and bright

  • Work around molten metal
  • Climb on/off fork truck several times a day
  • Climb stairs occasionally
  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Be able to work at temperatures 100 degrees in the summer
