Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing processes, as well as the safety and well-being of our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reliability and Maintenance Planning
    • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing processes
    • Conduct root cause analyses to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues
  • Maintenance Operations
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance employees and contractors
    • Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in a safe and efficient manner
  • Equipment Maintenance and Repair
    • Develop and implement procedures for equipment maintenance and repair
    • Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage the inventory of spare parts and materials
    • Ensure that all inventory is properly stored and maintained
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain reports on maintenance activities and performance
    • Conduct analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of supervisory experience in a continuous process manufacturing environment
    • Strong knowledge of CMMS programs such as Maximo
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to empower and supervise a diverse workforce
    • Strong computer skills and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
