Job Summary

At Chicken Coup, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Event Cashier to join our team. As a key member of our event staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hospitality services to guests, including listening to and accommodating their needs.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Multitask, stay organized, and prioritize guest satisfaction.
  • Be punctual, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and commit to excellence in all aspects of the job.
  • Be open to coaching and mentoring, as we value a culture of continuous learning.
  • Meet physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, and grasping for extended periods.
  • Lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 30 pounds and place items on high and low shelves.
  • Tolerate temperature changes in kitchen and refrigerated areas.
  • Hold a current food handler's certificate.
  • Be available for all home games.
