Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Our guests are the heart of our business, and we need team members who can listen, accommodate, and exceed their expectations.
• Cash Handling and Accuracy: You'll be responsible for making change, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• First Point of Contact: As a member of our team, you'll be the first point of contact for customer complaints and concerns.
• Multitasking and Organization: You'll need to be able to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Punctuality and Work Ethic: We expect our team members to be punctual, have a strong work ethic, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence.
• Openness to Coaching and Feedback: We're a learning culture, and we encourage our team members to be open to coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities.
• Physical Demands: This role requires standing, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, and grasping for extended periods. You'll also need to be able to move and operate in confined work areas.
• Lifting and Carrying: You'll be responsible for lifting and carrying supplies and equipment up to 30 pounds, as well as placing items on high and low shelves.
• Temperature Changes: You'll need to be able to tolerate temperature changes in kitchen and refrigerated areas.
• Food Handler's Certificate: A current food handler's certificate is required for this position.
• Availability: Specific availability for all home games is required.
