Who we are looking for:
The Office of the CISO Business Analyst & Governance position is critical to the continued success of the governance function within the GCS Office of the CISO (OoCISO). The candidate will be responsible for providing both business analysis and administrative support for all the OoCISO regulatory commitments, business as usual, and associated reporting that is required of the team. The position is key to supporting the administrative/governance activities not only for the GCS Leadership Team and across the GCS organization, but also the increasing number of requests made by our GTS & enterprise-wide colleagues who count on our accurate & timely deliverables. The candidate will also be critical in ensuring that there is no degradation in the business-as-usual governance work that the Office of the CISO is still required to perform going forward.

What you will be responsible for:
Key responsibilities include:
  • Conduct detailed analysis of documentation, requirements, reporting, etc. provided as part of a request to fully understand and be able to fulfill the request by being the sole point person
  • Perform detailed review of documentation provided by our colleagues, including vendor deliverables, monthly reporting, meeting materials, etc.
  • Candidate will be expected to support concurrent projects and ad hoc requests, along with other related duties
  • Emphasis on ensuring that all their deliverables are complete, on time, contain accurate information, and are in the expected format
  • Candidate will be expected to professionally challenge the requests made of them and responses/information that they receive, and escalate when appropriate
  • Consult with business colleagues and managers to troubleshoot and drive solutions for issues that arise
  • Assist management in reporting to senior and executive management requiring further escalation
  • Provide advice and ideas to improve and/or automate existing reporting, processes or procedures
  • Improve existing processes through solutions to recurring problems and enhancements to existing solutions or documentation
  • Closely collaborate with enterprise-wide stakeholders
  • Assist with facilitation of meetings with all levels of management
  • Keeps up to date on relevant policy, standards and requirements of our Global Technology Services (GTS) colleagues
  • Exhibit integrity and ability to follow through on commitments and deadlines
  • Should be flexible with working hours to support the project when the business need arises
  • Should be comfortable to work in global and culturally diverse teams spanning multiple time zones

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Candidate has a minimum of 6+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, and creation of presentation materials (PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of Cybersecurity a plus

Additional requirements
  • Previous experience in banking industry a plus

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $142,500 Annual
