Who we are looking for
State Street cyber architecture & engineering is looking for outstanding individuals with
excellent intellectual and analytical capabilities, entrepreneurial problem-solving skills, strong
communications, and influencing capabilities. This role will have a broad range of responsibilities within IAM/RBAC.

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for
As the Product Owner, you will
  • Have a vision and drive the delivery of the IAM-RBAC Product suite
  • Collect requirements from the business and partner with Engineering team to deliver features to the business
  • Have an agile mindset and deliver incremental value in sprints
  • Hands-on managing the Scrum board and backlog providing clear requirements in the form of jira stories
  • Participate and drive scrum ceremonies
  • Partner and drive consensous among various stakeholders including business users, ISOs
  • Manage junior staff
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and communicate dependencies, risk

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree (BS)
  • Experience working within Cybersecurity in large financial organizations
  • Leading teams of business analysts
  • Demonstrated experience in building IAM products

Salary Range:
$155,000 - $230,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
