Client Support Processor, Senior Associate

As a member of the Banking Services team you will manage the implementation and maintenance activities for several banking applications while following controls and guidelines that are routinely reviewed and updated. Act as security administrator for several products; regularly interact with various vendors to troubleshoot issues, discuss upgrades, etc. Become a Subject Matter Expert on the applications and processes the Banking Services team owns. The team is based in Quincy Massachusetts.

What you will be responsible for
As a Senior Associate you will
- Manage the implementation and maintenance activities for several banking applications
- Become a Subject Matter Expert on the applications and processes the Banking Services team owns; including a new application currently being deployed
- Identify risk items, timely escalate to management with effective communication, write up official reporting, agree action plans and accountable for implementation
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to identify, analyze and proactively resolve issues
- Support the accountability for client quality of service and team work accuracy in support of those clients
- Collaborate with internal and external groups to identify, analyze and proactively resolve issues
- Support strong communications with internal and external clients
- Support and research inquires related to internal and external vendor/client requests.
- Drive effective collaboration and networking with other teams locally, regional and globally
- Provide training and support to team members
- As requires, take responsibility for operational tasks (Fed extensions, weekend testing, risk sensing reporting, ad-hoc queries)

- Excellent administrative and organizational skills with the proven ability to multi-task and to work efficiently to meet client deliverables
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, which includes excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Bachelor degree or above
- Minimum 2 years' experience in financial services, fund accounting and/or a back-office operations environment

Salary Range:
$52,000 - $75,400 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
