Technology for Alternative Credit, Natural Capital & Impact Investment team is responsible for developing missing critical applications used by the business teams to manage their portfolio of Leverage Loans and securitization products.
The developer will be part of a dynamic and innovative team working according to the Agile / Scrum principles methodology.
Supporting the production of the front to back application dedicated to Leverage Loans business unit and enhancing its efficiency will be the main the challenges.

Your main responsibilities:
• You will be in direct contact with the Alternative Credit teams to provide them business value through support & deliverables in a context of a constantly evolving financial environment.
• You will ensure, in collaboration with the product owner, that the software evolution meets the business requirements.
• You will acquire multiple skills in a collaborative, challenging, and supportive environment.
• You will be proactive and communicate solutions you have implemented.
• You will provide functional and technical support for the application.
• You will analyze and propose tactical solutions.
• In partnership with the business line, you will define and implement new features and improvements.

Your Profile

Share your unique expertise:
Degree
• Master degree in IT

Experience
• 1 to 3 years of experience in software development with object-oriented languages.
• Good understanding of application development and delivery cycles.
• Intermediate level in .NET, C# & SQL.

Skills
• Good knowledge of IT in general (object-oriented development paradigm, design patterns).
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Ability to solve problems in a complex and demanding environment
• Very good interpersonal skills.
• Team spirit.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Experience or interest in the financial sector is a plus.

Technical Environment
• Langages / Frameworks : C#, Linq, SQL & WPF
• CI/CD : Azure DevOps
• Methodology : Agile/Scrum
