Roll Form Set Up Operator What You’ll DoAs a Roll Form Set Up Operator, you’ll be part of our Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing team located in Berea, OH. You’ll get to: ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Set-up and operate hydraulic punch presses according to process instructionsInspects products to verify conformance to specifications, including first piece inspection ensuring conformance to blueprintInspect dies, equipment and perform preventative and general maintenance on machineryMaintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures, regulations, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)Ensure all safety guarding is in place and properly workingComplete all safety sign-off sheets daily or as neededMaintain clean and safe work environmentComplete tasks per interpreted specifications, blueprints, and job orders to run job orders accurately and maximize productivityDocument all required production data and verify completion of worksheet (completion of work instruction sheet, identification tags and data entry of labor transaction)Perform other duties that may be assignedWhere You Will WorkConsolidated Aerospace Manufacturing (CAM), a division of Stanley Black & Decker, is a leading innovator and strategic partner in the manufacturing of fasteners, fittings, and engineered products for the aerospace, defense, and industrial markets.
