Job Description CMS Settlement Rep - Decatur, ILThis is a full-time Non-Exempt position.GeneralThe Global Business Services Commodity Management Services group has an opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a team that offers a variety of responsibilities and challenges. The ARTCo logistics payable and invoicing team is responsible for maintaining accounts for multiple ADM River locations. This includes all transactional responsibilities related to Barge movements throughout North America for both commodities and raw materials. A strong candidate will be a team player, who enjoys problem solving and works well with internal and external customers.ExperienceAn associate degree in accounting or business is preferred.Minimum of three years of experience or equivalent is preferred.Working knowledge of IBM, CICS and MS Office suite is preferred.Job RequirementsDemonstrate initiative, flexibility, strong analytical abilities, good organizational and problem-solving skills adapt to a rapidly changing work environment.Possess a proven track record of being dependable, reliable and being able to meet strict deadlines.Function in a collaborative team environmentKnowledge of ADM Systems including CICS, IMS, and MDM preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skillsResponsibilitiesDevelop expertise and knowledge of ATCO payable, invoice and logistics practices and procedures.Process ARTCo accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices for multiple locations and products timely and accurately.Process and pay ARTCo freight bills for commodities and products.Monitor and resolve ARTCo system issues.Work closely with all ARTCo CMS colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.Develop partnerships with ARTCo Freight TradersLook for continuous improvement opportunities in the purchase settlement processes and procedures.Cross train on all ARTCo transactional responsibilitiesExcited about this role but don't meet every requirement listed?
