Our client is currently seeking a Human Resource Specialist. This job will have the following responsibilities:
Human Resources Duties:Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.Maintain employee records and ensure compliance.Assist with training initiatives.Provide support and guidance to employees regarding HR-related inquiries.Assist with employee company events Support employee benefit enrollment activities
Payroll Processing Duties:Process payroll for all employees.Ensure accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and deductions.Maintain payroll records and prepare reports as needed.Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues.Stay updated on payroll regulations and ensure compliance. Qualifications & Requirements:
College degree is preferred but not required 2 years of HR experienceExperience with payroll is highly preferredExperience with ADPLooking for someone that enjoys helping others in the companySolid computer skills (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software. Great company with a solid benefits package Position is overtime eligible and has an annual bonus
