Overview: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will use your customer service and leadership experience to provide a white-glove experience for our customers, offering a multitude of products to fit their needs. Working closely with the Store Manager to develop your leadership skills in real-time, you will help coach our Customer Service Representatives and play a key role in helping the team produce results.  In return, we will help you reach the next level in your career by providing an ongoing comprehensive training and development program that will allow you to truly shine. Responsibilities: Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the full cycle of the loan process by educating consumers and making recommendations based on their financial needs. Oversee account management, including collection calls and recovery processes while maintaining a focus on customer service to prevent loss and charge-off accounts. Develop customer relationships and complete inbound and outbound call campaigns daily to build new business, maintain store profitability, and further brand loyalty and recognition. Maximize customers’ success by offering ancillary products that fit their needs.  Provide support, coaching, and development to Customer Service Representatives in order to improve the team’s potential. Help ensure a work environment that upholds compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Utilize personal vehicle to complete bank deposits and other Company business throughout the workday. Monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance and cleanliness, addressing basic facility needs and scheduling maintenance services.  Work efficiently in a rapidly changing environment and handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards. Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends. A full-time work schedule for this position includes, at a minimum, 40 hours per week.* *Store hours, schedules, and/or the minimum number of hours required for this position may be subject to change by brand entity and at the sole discretion of the Company.
