Planner Scheduler

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK: SAT, SUN, MON 11PM- 11:30AM What you will doFacility management of a newly constructed electric vehicle battery manufacturing plant located in Stanton, TN. This is a performance based, 12-year, O&M contract providing hard services of MEP equipment within the facility, excluding the manufacturing and production equipment. The objective is to maintain a seamless environment by assuring that equipment is performing to specifications to facilitate uninterrupted manufacturing and administrative functions.How you will do itEnsures the effective execution of all maintenance work control processes by utilizing BMS and CMMS.  Plans and schedules the day to day activities of technical facility maintenance teams, orders, required parts, and well as requests and coordinates subcontracted service. Follows up as needed to assure customer satisfaction with work order requirements.KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Take incoming service request callsCreate work order for all service requests, PM’s and corrective action workSchedules and dispatches tradesmen and team membersDebrief tradesmen and team members after completion of each callRespond to all messages left overnightMaintain the schedules for Preventative Maintenance, Corrective and Reactive work ordersForecast workload for 30 days outContact customers with a “Parts Pending” status as parts are received for schedulingFollow up on all pending and recommended work with teamMaintain billing, scheduling and staging of materials, and database informationOrder parts for work ordersMaintain customer history files in CMMSPrepare paperwork for all manufacture warranty partsFacilitates return of warranty partsCompare service timecards and work orders to service scheduleCheck service timecards for accuracyCoordinates service contractor’s Preventative and Corrective maintenance scheduling with trade foremanSchedules contractor activities for building accessVerifies vendor times and chargesRequisitions supplies and equipment necessary to complete preventative, corrective and reactive serviceAssure all work is document and work orders are closed in the CMMS.  This includes all labor, materials and history is documented.Work with On-Site Manager, TB Service Manager and trade foreman to assure all equipment and preventative maintenance inspections have been inputted into the CMMS with Manufacturer’s recommendations.Enforces all Johnson Controls, Inc. (JCI) safety and risk management policies and procedures; reports all accidents and injuries in a timely manner and identifies and corrects unsafe work conditions with management oversight.Attends training programs (classroom and virtual) as designated.May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.What we look forPREFERRED EXPERIENCE:High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.Service contracting experience.Scheduling experience.Facility Management experience.Computerized Maintenance Management Systems background.Background in HVAC/R, Electrical, Plumbing and General Facilities.Completing records and reports related to building facilities and preventive maintenance programs.Building Management Systems background.SKILLS AND APTITUDEPresents self in a highly professional manner to others and understands that honesty and ethics are essential.Ability to maintain a positive attitude.Ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect.Maintains a professional relationship with all coworkers, vendor representatives, supervisors, managers, customers, and client representatives.Must have computer skills including working with a CMMS System.Good attention to detail.Ability to work well under pressure.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Excellent management and organizational skills.Ability to work well alone and in a team.
