Our customers, which include some of the most respected brands in the food industry, rely on our expertise and commitment to safety in order to deliver on their commitments.What You'll Do: Americold has recently embarked on a global transformation program by replacing its current ERP platform with Oracle Fusion Cloud to drive business transformation and change across the enterprise. This program was recently launched in NA and APAC and will continue to be rolled out to other global regions. The role of the IT, Senior Project Manager is to drive support to the rolled-out regions and plan, execute, and finalize deliverables according to scheduled deadlines and within budget while meeting or exceeding projected business benefits for the remaining regions. The goal of the overall program is to support the Americold's global footprint including North America, Australia and New Zealand as well as EMEA through Go Live and beyond.This role will be responsible for partnering with the implementation vendor and Americold team members, stakeholders, and leadership to help drive the support of Americold's Oracle ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) and HCM (Human Capital Management) application(s) as well as work with the implementation vendor to triage all issues and coordinate with SaaS vendors when required, to provide Americold users with an end-to-end experience. The IT Senior Project Manager will be an individual contributor working in a hybrid capacity reporting to the Director of IT PMO while implementing Americold and industry best practices of Project Management under a fast-paced environment.Establish and enforce the governance model for vendor engagement and Americold stakeholders, including tools, processes, and guidelines. Ensure accountability by collaborating with vendor teams to drive performance and ownership of support and resolution for Americold's ERP systems rollout. Act as the primary point of contact for Americold, coordinating with vendors to align initiatives and resource allocation with support goals. Enhance stakeholder decision-making by increasing transparency in project planning, performance, costs, and results, and manage escalations as necessary. Lead continuous improvement efforts by addressing issues requiring remediation and providing a forum to review new capabilities. Conduct regular governance checkpoints and collaboration meetings with vendors to assess progress and address issues as needed. Drive other projects as needed from intake to completion by adherence to Americold IT PMO methodology and processes, managing teams, creating and maintaining scope, project timelines and budgets using creative problem-solving approaches in a collaborative mode Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned. What Experience and Education You Need: Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field or equivalent 7+ years of Oracle Fusion ERP software implementation project management experience and ERP consulting experience Strong knowledge of or prior hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Cloud ERP 10+ years of project management experience
Smartsheet or similar industry standard PPM experience highly preferred 3+ years of data reporting experience Demonstrated advanced experience with Excel and PowerPoint Experience with industry standard BI and reporting engines (Cognos, Qlik, Tableau, Power BI) What Could Set You Apart: Able to prioritize and organize increasingly complex work to ensure overall timeliness and quality standards
