You'll perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting of systems and software throughout our development process. IAS tailors solutions to customer cost, performance, and schedule requirements and designs to consistently exceed expectations – with an unrivaled record of on time and on (or under) budget deliveries. https://www.sncorp.com/company/business-areas/Responsibilities: Provide deep technical understanding of software and system designOwn the software architecture and baseline for command and control mission systems or autonomous systemsProvide definition of software practices and proceduresDesign system of systems from clean sheet design to complex problems on existing systemsContribute to software engineering proposals where you will perform task definition and estimating work to accomplish those tasks​Must-haves: Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other related discipline and typically 10 or more years of relevant experienceHigher education may substitute for relevant experienceThorough understanding of Computer Aided Engineering toolsDemonstrated knowledge of engineering principles and practicesExperience working in multi-disciplinary teamsThe ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is requiredPreferred: Expertise of software languages such as C#, C++, Java, PythonExperience with containers and orchestration technologiesExperience with DoD-focused open architecture specifications like FACE or OMS - Experience with Command and Control Mission Systems or Autonomous aircraft systemsMasters Degree in Computer ScienceExperience with safety-critical softwareModel Based Systems Engineering experience#Ll-hybridEstimated Starting Salary Range: $120,552.10 - $165,759.14. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.SNC offers a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with 150% match up to 6%, life insurance, 3 weeks paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.IMPORTANT NOTICE:This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
